BIOGRAPHY
Painter and illustrator
I’ve been enthusiastic about the outdoors ever since childhood and began doing drawings of it at an early age. Instruction at the school of applied arts in Vevey (CEPV), as of 2008, led me to make progress in observational drawing and to become interested in painting. Nowadays I offer realistic paintings and drawings of animals.
Each new work starts with a photograph that has had an emotional effect on me, thereby enabling my picture to come alive. I also do personalized paintings and drawings on request.
Artistic approach
As I am passionate about animals, my desire is to convey my love for them through my art and become a messenger for those who have no clear way of communicating with us. I paint the beauty, affection, strength and love that animals give us. When our eyes meet, everything becomes meaningful for me and my art comes alive.
