BIOGRAPHY
As a child, I used to model clay animals, dance, and smile at life. As an adult, I left artistic expression aside and worked with some very wonderful people who led me to develop myself and become a specialist in Sexual Health. After I came back from Quebec, I wanted to offer my own activities, expand the definition of sexuality to include the idea of intimacy, and design an approach that would be conducive to revealing it.
At the same time, I returned to activities with clay and to the path of my body through various practices involving connection to All Life. Somatic health training gave me the experience of immersing in my body and there exploring my physical sensations, my imagination, my thoughts and feelings, my desires, and my spontaneous expressions. And thus my path of wonderment towards the intimate opened up.
It took seven years, several lovely encounters, numerous travels and a lot of Love before the Artist in me was born and I felt completely at home.
Sphèreintime (a coined term with “intimate sphere” in one word) was born in a vision that showed me how we unfold our intimate world, radiate, and co-create in a dazzling outburst of fireworks of indescribable beauty!
Ever since then my impulse has been to share my path of discovery through the body being connected to Life and through Somatic Arts in order to brighten this world together.
Artistic approach
My Sphèreintime is colourful, joyful, sensitive, poetic, floral, sensual, and magical. It’s a danced flow of subtle sensations to be discovered layer by layer. From there on I’m creating at every instant and every breath opens up a new gesture, a new thought, a new nuance of colours, a new texture. Everything is so delicate, almost invisible, and yet it’s all there … a source of inspiration.
In making LUNA, I create an object which is connected to the spirit world, to the elements, and to my own light and shadow. I honour Life and cultivate my path of marvelling at the intimate as it is revealed in imprints on matter.
